Jonathon Marosz's angular diction and informative tone add credibility to this encyclopedic lesson on mutual funds. Though the audio covers a lot of ground, his enjoyable speaking style and engagement with the material make each section sound complete and interesting. The author offers an intelligent lesson on the types of funds available, methods for buying them, and ideal strategies for balancing a portfolio of such funds. The discussion of mutual fund risk is excellent. But as good as this writing and narration are, the package and discs give no guidance regarding how to overview the lessons or find individual tracks. Chronological listening is the only option. Many listeners will also be relieved when this publisher's supply of fragile plastic cases is finally exhausted.
