Twelve-year-old Annabella's worried, and Gillian Walton measures every bit of her anxiety. It starts out simply enough. Her parents have divorced, and now she finds herself taking on two roles: innocent, art-loving Anna at her mum's and ready-to-rock Bella at her dad's. Soon, however, the juggling of her two lives becomes complicated--with two best friends, two boyfriends, and worries about a split personality. As Annabella's troubles build, the tension in Walton's voice mounts appropriately. At first, the other characters remain cheerful, but as Annabella's strangeness grows, they become concerned.
