THE WEATHER CHANNEL® PRESENTS Tornadoes

This short work presents young listeners with all that pertains to tornadoes: how they're formed, where they're most common, and a long section on some of the most destructive twisters in recorded history. The work centers on the United States, as most tornadoes occur in our Midwest/Great Plains region. Judging by the narration, the book seems to have been organized around short thematic entries accompanied by illustrations. Davidson's reading is a nice example of his versatility.
