A TERMINAL CASE

The vicar of St. Samson has decided to leave his wife for a widowed parishioner he counseled during her grief. Shortly thereafter, this woman is found murdered. There are numerous plausible suspects whom Inspector Parry investigates in this compact mystery by English author Williams. Narrator Siôn Probert's format is remarkable and unique. The production he presents us resembles a theater broadcast; individual identities are revealed by differentiated character voices. The circumstances of the story are masterfully divulged due to the dramatics of his narration. Look forward to listening to Probert on other audiobooks!
