Cook's "The Fix," a tongue-in-cheek tale about a boxer's career downfall, read with a deft comic touch by Lorenzo Lamas; and Brendan DuBois's "A Winning Combination," about a columnist's growing fascination with boxing, read by Dan Cashman.
