WRITING WITH OUR FEET

For some reason, insulation and agoraphobia keep popping up in the fringe and avant-garde theater--the scenario of individuals who create a private world in fear of the real one. Such is the theme of this 1990 one-act, recorded in Toronto before a live audience for the Stratford Festival and the CBC. A brother and sister set up a co-dependent private universe inside their Montreal garage. But Sophie's death causes a crisis for Jean-François.
