The children of the Robinson family are charming, spirited, and determined. When mother needs a warm clime to recover, the four kids are divided to live with two different families. Both families are exhausted by the end of the visits after a burglar is captured, a menagerie of pets is transported by train and wheelbarrow, and a neighborhood bully is dealt with. The talented Judy Bennett creates a memorable portrait of each character as the story moves from one skirmish to the next. Her children's voices are captivating and fun for all. S.G.B.
