In this unabridged Spanish-language version narrated wonderfully by Frank Rodriguez, the listener can live through the experience of Mackenzie Allen Phillips. “Mack,” as he’s called by his closest friends, has suffered what no parent wishes on another when his youngest daughter, Missy, is abducted and apparently brutally murdered while on a family vacation. Four years later, Mack receives a note inviting him to spend a weekend at the same shack in the Oregon wilderness where Missy may have spent her last hours. But who sent the invitation?
