IMPROVE YOUR MEMORY

Adapted from a 1994 book, this smooth audio is a great example of Ron Fry's gift for teaching all things cognitive. Like previous audios in the author's series, it offers marvelous techniques for improving the way we experience, sort, and remember new information. The secret is locking new data into old associations, especially sensory associations that are based in more primitive parts of the brain. Success will depend on deciding that something is important to remember, so it won't help anyone who is not interested in what you may want him to remember.
