When intrepid Kurt Austin and his trusty and colorful sidekick, Joe Zavala, of the National Underwater and Marine Agency (NUMA) Special Assignments Team are on the case, let evil, greedy corporate directors beware. In the fourth in the NUMA series, Austin must foil a plot by morally challenged fish farmers to create a genetically altered super fish. Actor Scott Brick admirably handles tongue-twisting accents and long passages of interesting exposition.
