This is the fifteenth in the series of mysteries about Annie, her family, and the denizens of the resort island of Broward's Rock, South Carolina. The plot has intriguing twists and turns, and Carolyn Hart's light touch, frequent references to classic mysteries, and satisfying ending make for great listening. A wildly varied cast of quirky characters is brought vividly to life by Kate Reading, whose ability to create credible voices for such a wide range of characters is remarkable. J.D.P.
