THE INFINITE Harrow House, Book 3

by | Read by Michael Taylor

Mystery & Suspense • 10.5 hrs. • Unabridged • © 2006

This strange book seems front-loaded with hours of background before getting to the story of a group of paranormals who spend the weekend in a haunted house. Michael Taylor takes on the challenging job of giving voice to more than a dozen characters, male and female, human and spirit. Even though the story can be a bit slow at times, the listener is ultimately rewarded with a frightening final hour that makes the slow buildup worthwhile. The book is the latest in the series about the dreaded Harrow House, built by a Satanist with the sole intention of attracting evil. Needless to say, his efforts have been a huge success. The book could have been enhanced with some creepy music and sound effects but, overall, is a scary success. M.S. © AudioFile 2009, Portland, Maine [Published: MARCH 2009]
