GIANTS OF THE FROST

When she joins a weather team on a Scandinavian island, Victoria stumbles upon the dark and mystical realm of the Norse Gods. Vidar, the son of Odin, pursues Victoria as she grapples with her identity and beliefs. Edwina Wren delivers a strong performance with steady accents and significant shifts in tone for the different characters. Her voicing of the mysterious Vidar is particularly compelling. Light music serves to segue from one section to the next. Though Wren's accents for the gods are superfluous, since they actually speak their own language (translated into English for listeners), her Scandinavian accent for the humans is alluring.
