George Vail's resonant voice captures the nuances of the letters with smooth expression, but he doesn't overdo it. He reflects Lincoln's warmth, humor and steel with assurance. This audio anthology provides Lincoln scholars and listeners with an interest in belles lettres a valuable opportunity to access the material. The sound quality and overall production are excellent.
