Osborne's soothing, beautifully articulated voice and knack for characterization are reliably pleasing. In addition to hearing Jack and Annie's childlike voices, listeners will enjoy meeting their northern guide, scientists, journalists, and even a penguin ("peep"!). There’s something especially sweet about this story, which concludes the children's search for happiness.
