LOOKING FOR PAPITO

Listen in English! Listen in Spanish! No matter which is your native tongue, you're certain to acquire words and phrases from a new language. Cuban-American storyteller Antonio (Papito) Sacre enthusiastically spins both traditional tales and stories from his own life and family, with a suitably large dollop of exaggeration in all. Sacre's stories are liberally sprinkled with music, chanting and a wide variety of whimsical, self-produced sound effects. Expect to giggle at Mimi's attempts to reintroduce Spanish to Papito through a food fight in "Salt and Pepper." Be prepared to laugh at the repetition of his funniest words, phrases and noises in "Jack." Every member of the family will demand repeat performances of Papito's stories. T.B.
