ART CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE

The link between expressing one's creativity and health and healing is certainly nothing new, but it is helpful to hear from an author who strongly believes in the benefits of "doing art" regardless of one's level of skill. Although he doesn't have anything dramatically new to say about the subject, Shaun McNiff approaches the topic from a perspective that may be particularly helpful for those who have felt intimidated by art. McNiff's presentation varies in style from a public seminar to a more intimate one-on-one session.
