CELERY STALKS AT MIDNIGHT

Howe's sequel to BUNNICULA is as much fun for adults as for children (maybe more)! Chester the cat, Harold the dog, and Howie the puppy set out to save the neighborhood vegetables from a vampire rabbit. Through a series of misunderstandings, what seems impossible suddenly seems likely. Garber is excellent at presenting each voice appropriately, but his real talent lies in the puns, double entendres, accents and even tones of this hilarious story. Because of Garber's skilled delivery, each of the three main animals takes on amusing human traits while always remaining animals.
