If you've ever had even a small amount of curiosity about Sufism, mysticism, or alternative ways of thinking of the self in relation to the universe, this title is a good listening selection. Each side of a tape covers a separate aspect of Sufism, and a packaging insert outlines the topic of each. The quality of the live recording is excellent. Vaughan-Lee is easy to listen to and presents the material in an accessible format. The energy he exudes suggests he is speaking to an intimate group of followers.
