Equally adept at comedy and drama, Agnes Moorehead was one of America’s finest radio actresses in the 1930’s and ’40’s. In this offering, we hear her performances on the “Suspense” program--including her tour de force, Lucille Fletcher’s “Sorry, Wrong Number.” With the help of Chicago collector Chuck Schaden, The Audio File (no relation to the magazine) has lovingly restored what sounds like the original station disks or air checks.
