In his overview of our nation's Special Forces, Lanning provides a history of each (Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, Delta Force, etc.) and then describes aspects of their missions and training. The author uses some military slang, which may create difficulties for unacquainted listeners. L.J. Ganser's reading is competent.
