Narrator Laurence Bouvard brings warmth and humor to this wonderful Western audiobook. Phoebe Apple is traveling by train to visit her newly married sister. Unknown to Phoebe, her new brother-in-law has sent his son, Remington Frost, to unobtrusively ensure her safe arrival in Frost Falls. Needless to say, the trip is eventful, starting with a train robbery and going downhill from there. Bouvard embraces the well-drawn characters, and the relationship between Phoebe and Remington unfolds naturally.
