Set against a backdrop of Donald Trump's America, this audiobook is a rich mix of wit and observation. Bill Katzenelenbogen, a once successful WASHINGTON POST reporter, finds himself heading to Florida to investigate the apparent suicide of a friend. There he also reunites with his father, a Russian emigré who is a con man. Neil Hellegers rises to the challenge of narrating a novel with frequent Russian language interjections, giving added authenticity to the characters. His delivery keeps the plot moving, with the listener never quite sure what's coming next. With a corrupt condominium board, a father who has his own distinct sense of right and wrong, and an eccentric cast of secondary characters, listeners are in for a wild ride.
