THE DERBY MAN

Darby Buckingham, with his derby hat, is a successful dime novelist living in New York. He goes to Wyoming to learn about frontier justice and heroism first hand. Gene Engene narrates this Western with wonderful clarity and pacing. Engene differentiates the characters with dialects and accents that enhance the narrative and add style and authenticity to the story. The drama is heightened by feverish pacing.
