The story starts off with Erin Bellini being dumped by her fiancé by email just days before their wedding. Narrator Holly Chandler's voice reflects all the emotion of that trauma. Erin works at her family's vineyard, where her wedding was to take place. Both of her parents are from Ireland, and Chandler gives them pleasant lilts. Jason Callum, a veterinarian, has always been in love with Erin and sees this as his chance to deepen his friendship into something more. Chandler gives Jason the kind of voice that has the listener easily envisioning his handsome physique. Listeners will enjoy Holly's transition from jilted bride to passion with Jason.
