FASHION JUNGLE

Alexander Cendese and Maxine Mitchell dynamically narrate this story about the cutthroat fashion world. Models Everlee, Zoe, and Brittany are still trying to get by a year after their friend Danica's death, but grief is only part of the story because of the baggage each of them carries. It's a good thing Danica's brother, Dane, is there for them. The story would benefit from a pause before and after flashbacks, which often are confusing. But Mitchell enhances the friends' personalities. She gives a bright tone to Brittany to match her golden tresses and perfect reputation. And she voices fearful Everlee in a small questioning voice that contrasts with Zoe's determination and loud aggressiveness.
