George Guidall's narration is more than enough to carry this story of a CIA operative's attempt to stop a terrorist tragedy from hitting Washington, D.C., on the first summer holiday of the year. As Mitch Rapp struggles to foil an Al Qaeda plot to set off a bomb in the nation's capital, Guidall is emphatic and deliberate in his delivery of a variety of characters.
