MR WOLF'S PANCAKES

Who helps Mr. Wolf write his grocery list or shop for ingredients? Not a single neighbor comes to his aid in his time of need. But the savory smell of hot pancakes certainly brings them running. And here's where the Little Red Hen and he differ as to remedy for such selfish creatures! Sophie Aldred performs well as each familiar neighbor. Her crisp narration is a perfect complement to the story's detail and humor. At the climax, she is suspenseful yet caring, and young listeners will be charmed.
