THE MYSTERY OF HUNTING'S END

Mignon G. Eberhart was a popular mystery writer in the era between the world wars. Narrator Ann Richardson shares a Nebraska background with the author and brings authenticity to the production. Her sincere all-American voice chronicles a house party in a remote hunting lodge in the Sand Hills region of Nebraska. Business partners and friends join the young hostess and her invalid aunt for a reunion at the place where, five years earlier, her father was murdered in a locked room. Detective O'Leary and nurse/amateur detective Sarah Keate are hired to solve the crime. Again, death stalks the party, this time as a violent storm isolates them.
