BIJAN ALWAYS WINS

Shaan Dasani narrates this story about what we might lose if we insist on winning all the time. Bijan loves nothing more than being the best--whether it's at drawing birds, playing at being a dinosaur, or even tying his shoes. When his friends decide they don't want to play with someone so focused on winning, Bijan has to figure out how to succeed at simply being a good friend. Dasani's animated narration evokes the joy Bijan experiences at winning his victories before he realizes he needs to change his ways. He also creates a distinct voice for each of Bijan's friends and even manages to conjure a bubbly underwater voice to evoke Bijan's imaginary win in the deep sea.
