THE GLIMPSES OF THE MOON

This novel by the newly rediscovered Edith Wharton, author of The Age of Innocence and Ethan Frome, resembles a Barbara Cartland romance. Two shallow hangers-on to society marry for the purpose of living off their rich friends during their two-year honeymoon. Naturally, they end up falling in love. Devon's reading is fine, but because this is a dramatization, two voices, male and female, might be more appropriate.
