The presentation is packed with plenty of anecdotes and FREAKONOMICS-style examples. Graybill keeps the text rolling, whether he's acknowledging the discriminatory effects of lookism--the best-looking workers make about 10 percent more than the worst-looking--or he's separating correlation (people with big shoes tend to be taller) from causation (wearing big shoes won't make you grow).
