SUPERMAN: UP, UP, AND AWAY

Within two years of his debut, Superman flew up through the celebrity ranks with comics, floats in parades, and even a radio show. Radio Spirits delivers the very first few remastered radio episodes of “Superman” for listening pleasure. While certainly cleaned up, the shows are not entirely crisp. However, listeners will enjoy a cleaner production than what the original listeners heard. Superman's adventures are certainly not as grand as his more recent feats, but his quest for truth, justice, and the American way is still present throughout. True fans will also appreciate being introduced to others of Superman's mythology—Jimmy Olsen, Perry White, and kryptonite—which appeared first on the radio show and then in the comic books.
