THEY ALL FALL THE SAME

Narrator Matt Godfrey evokes a dark mood in this Appalachian thriller set in Eastern Kentucky. Burl Spoon is an organized crime boss who has built his business empire by becoming the top cannabis seller in Jackson County. Spoon thinks he has everything under control, but when his daughter relapses into drug addiction and goes missing, Spoon's world is turned upside down. Godfrey delivers the perfect Kentucky accent and has excellent attention to detail regarding place names and turns of phrase. This makes his dialogue stand out and helps create complex portrayals of each of the characters. His performance maintains the tension throughout the story.
