Kreinik, speaking with a British accent, narrates the desperate, starving people's descent into madness and ecstasy when they refuse to see the horrifying truth of what they're consuming. Kreinik smoothly differentiates the proud and sinister Saints and the three women who are unswayed by their temptations. She adjusts her cadence seamlessly to differentiate the soldier, Ser Voyne; the careful ex-nun, Phosyne; and the dispassionate serving girl, Treila.
