A FATE FORGED IN FIRE

Escape with narrator Samara MacLaren on a mystical journey filled with magic and dragons in this Celtic-inspired fantasy-romance. Aemyra, a powerfully blessed blacksmith, has been forced to live in hiding while awaiting the current king's death--upon which she can bond with his dragon and take her rightful place on the throne. However, her biggest enemy, Prince Fiorean, an arrogant dragon rider and powerful fire wielder, stands in her way. MacLaren's tone and cadence complement Aemyra's strong and confident personality. However, MacLaren fails to create distinct character voices when delivering dialogue, making it difficult to understand which character is speaking.
