This new edition features a dual narration: Richard Poe as psychologist Gregory also delivers the third-person chapters focused on the male leads, and Jennifer O'Donnell narrates Kirsten's first-person chapters. Poe captures the male voices; his deliveries of female characters are less convincing. O'Donnell skillfully portrays Kirsten with fitting emotions and represents both genders credibly--including a precocious child.
