Here, they offer a folksy primer on building a small business despite intense challenges. The introduction and concluding acknowledgments are narrated by the authors, as is an impromptu ad-libbed segment of unscripted answers to fans' questions, which is exclusive to the audiobook. Ridge and Kilmer-Purcell have warm, neighborly voices. Sadly, primary narrator Christopher P. Brown's voice is less appealing. Brown is conversational and easy to understand, but he lacks enthusiasm in his performance.
