RECLAIMING NICK

Sheer romance in the Christian fiction genre, RECLAIMING NICK is a fun story with lots of twists. Nick, a handsome and rough renegade, returns home to the ranch after being away for several years. Piper, a beautiful young reporter, arrives at the ranch disguised as a cook in order to gather incriminating information to expose Nick for things relating to his past. Narrator Brooke Sanford does a credible job with her interpretation of the story, though sometimes she reads with exaggerated emotions. While her characterization of Piper comes across a little sugary, overall this is a fun audiobook revolving around themes of redemption and sacrifice, as well as love.
