JANE'S SMART ART GUIDES: RAPHAEL'S STANZA DELLA SEGNATURA

This portable production is perfect for the iPod-toting tourist. It's hard to imagine taking the CDs with you on a whirlwind tour, but it's better than toting all those heavy guidebooks. Well read and well written, this is a guide very specific to the Room of the Segnatura at the Vatican and, thus, is perhaps too specific. Why not have a guide to the Vatican, room by room, as in most museums? It's not as though the Sistine Chapel is a snore and immediately understandable.
