Fulghum, a former Unitarian minister, finds meaning and humor in the smallest experiences, and he draws listeners into the inner world of each story with subtle teasers, a wise man's perspective, and consummate pacing. It’s nearly impossible to listen to this audio halfheartedly. The biggest reason is Fulghum's professional-quality reading, which conveys something spiritual without sounding like it's trying to. His youthful voice (he's 71) is sublimely smooth and enjoyable. A memorable listening experience and thoughtful gift for anyone with a big heart.
