Forsooth, O ye modernes, who the exquisite poesie of invective have forgot, for ye hath come this brave tape wherein is presented venom-tongued Shakespeare, his insultes and retortes, culled from his plaies and verse, in the orginalle and wittie translation. Example: "The poet, the lover and the madman are of imagination all compact." (Tr: You're all nuts!) Do but studie this well, and ye will learn to curse your foes with classical panache, or listen merely for the pleasure of merrie mischief mirth-fullie reade.
