MEASURE OF DARKNESS

Chris Jordan’s series features macho ex-FBI agent Randall Shane, who specializes in rescuing kidnapped children. In this installment the victim is a child prodigy whose father is a scientist in a top-secret physics lab. Shane is assisted by an investigative team led by a brilliant, wealthy recluse. The story is told by the team’s factotum, who is flippant, chatty, and a little ditsy. Two narrators, Allyson Ryan and Coleen Marlo, narrate, and their audio performance plays like a TV crime story.
