TURNING HURTS INTO HALOS AND SCARS INTO STARS

In this cross between a pep talk and a Sunday sermon, Schuller gives reasons for hope in the most devastating circumstances. He claims that Psalm 73, "Yet I am always with you," gives everyone from Holocaust survivors to parents of murdered children hope and comfort. Schuller's voice, good preacher that he is, rises markedly when he makes his point; he nearly shouts at times. His slight nasal twang makes him sound like a "regular person" instead of a televangelist with over 20 million viewers.
