UNZIPPED

Rambling, highly fictionalized reminiscences of the dating game in San Francisco are told from a feminine viewpoint. Frank girl-talk with a patina of humor overlaying a core of melancholy will bring a shock of recognition to single young women everywhere and will make single men shuffle their feet uncomfortably. Susan Ericksen delivers the first-person text with verve and expression, though she rushes a bit and has been edited to seem to rush even more.
