WAGES OF SIN

by | Read by Fritz Weaver

Fiction • 3 hrs. • Abridged • © 1992

Father Greeley does it again with Wages of Sin, yet another of his "Danielle Steele-on-testosterone" best sellers. This time his hero is the handsome Lorcan Flynn--wealthy Chicago Renaissance man--who embarks on a search for a secret buried in his past. Along the way, he finds his long-lost love, Moira. This mini-series fodder is ably read by Fritz Weaver, who provides an inspired batch of well-defined male voices for Lorcan's family, friends and foes. However, Weaver's rather wimpy rendering of Moira's voice is a bit of a letdown. Still, twists and turns abound for audiophiles who like their storytelling Greeley style: fast, furious and just slightly profane. L.(H.)B. ©AudioFile, Portland, Maine [Published: DEC 92]
