BONES OF CORAL

by | Read by RIchard Ferrone

Mystery & Suspense • 13.75 hrs. • Unabridged • © 1991

Returning to Key West to help his mother and come to terms with his father's untimely death, Shaw Chandler, a disenchanted Miami EMT worker, finds himself involved in a murder investigation. Although Hall's plot is complex and some listeners may wish to replay sections, the story reads aloud well. Throughout his reading, Ferrone maintains the warm, relaxed pace of a leisurely stroll on a sandy beach. Although the story is filled with quirky, bizarre characters, only subtle vocal changes are required to differentiate among speakers. Like South Florida, this mystery will attract a great number of visitors, and few will leave disappointed! J.L. ©AudioFile, Portland, Maine [Published: JUN 93]
