THE VANISHING POINT

The tangled strands of a story about a British reality-TV star who can't cope with fame and the kidnapping of her son come together in an intense and amazing thriller. The story is made even better by narrator Antonia Beamish's delivery and delightful British accent. The novel begins with the dramatic kidnapping but pushes the horrific event aside to fill in the story of the boy's mother. Beamish perfectly delivers accents from various parts of Great Britain as he weaves the details of the plot.
