MEDITATIONS FOR ENHANCING YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

The author of Love, Medicine and Miracles is a veteran proponent of holistic approaches to curing diseases. In these meditations, some attention is given to accepting disease as part of the gestalt of one's life, viewing it as a reality. But the clearer objective is to help the listener boost self-worth, to visualize a primitive state of peace and wholeness, and to think about disease as something one can remove from the body like a stain or foreign object.
