OPTI LEARNING

This is a large, comprehensive program about a skill you’ll need in any performance setting--processing and applying new information. With a broad understanding of the neurology of learning, the author explains that there are many kinds of intelligence and learning styles, and many tools that can be used to improve the speed and quality of learning. She identifies learning obstacles, explains how to manipulate mood and environmental factors, and provides great insights on how to use color and music to enhance receptiveness to new information. A workbook will identify learning preferences and prod the listener to develop learning goals for any situation. Though the program requires a commitment, it’s time well spent.
